Encouraged by those who missed out on the Leicester course, I am opening dates for an online artist books workshop.

ARTIST BOOKS WORKSHOP ONLINE

__ the idea, the form, and the realities of making __

3 x Tuesdays + a tutorial session.

In this small three-session online workshop, you will develop an artist book through talks, guided exercises, critique, and hands-on prototyping. You will learn how to translate concept into sequence, rhythm, and pacing, and how to work with paper, weight, opacity, texture, and binding. The course will also address the realities of making: cost control, production constraints, and material limitations. We will touch upon distribution channels.

You will receive a 45 min one-to-one tutorial session after the course.
